Two Minutes To Midnight

‘Two Minutes to Midnight’ is a visual representation of the Doomsday Clock, maintained since 1947 by the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists. The clock indicates the threat of a man-made global catastrophe to humanity and Earth, with midnight representing nuclear apocalypse. Since its inception it has been moved forward and back 24 times. In 2020 the Doomsday Clock was moved twenty seconds, to within 100 seconds of midnight, the closest it has ever been.
